CareTag provides NFC medical ID bracelets and wallet cards designed for use in real-world care environments. NHS trusts, care homes, supported living providers and charities can programme each wristband or card to link to a secure emergency profile – hosted on their own internal systems or optionally via our GDPR-compliant hosting platform (upon request). CareTag gives organisations full control. Profiles hosted on CareTag’s secure platform are available for 12 months at £4.99/year – with annual renewal reminders sent in advance. Edits or extensions can be requested anytime.

Fast Setup On-Site

Bracelets and cards can be programmed on-site using the included USB NFC writer (for orders 100+), self-programming tools, PDF & video training guide.

Hosted Internally

Profiles are typically hosted on your organisation’s system via a custom URL.

Hosting & Renewal Costs

Optional encrypted hosting via CareTag is £4.99 per profile per year, with renewals at £3.99/year, manual edits at £2.50 each.
